About Me

I am an Instructor at the the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) with expertise in cancer biology and immunology. My research focuses on 1) preclinical testing of novel immunotherapies and molecular targeted therapies for the treatment of ovarian cancer, and 2) PET imaging ligands that targeting tumor specific proteins to predict response to therapies. In 2018, I earned a Doctorate of Science in Biomedical Science. I completed my post-doctoral research at UPenn during which time I also earned a Masters of Science in Translational Research (2021). I previously earned a Master's of Science in Biomedical Science (2012), a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology and Molecular Biology (2011), and a Bachelor's of Science in Health Science (2011)I have mentored numerous students in the laboratory (high school-PhD/MD fellows). Also, as a graduate student I was a teaching assistant for 6 year in various undergraduate and graduate courses. Using my education/training and teaching experiences I would like to help students who need additional help in mastering concepts in STEM related classes
