I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bates College with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish.
I now work as a Research Associate at the Broad Institute, a genomics research institution, where I develop CRISPR technology.

About Me

While in college, I worked as a Biology and Chemistry teaching assistant with my peers and as a substitute teacher in the public schools in my town. I am attending medical school in August. In my free time I love running, cooking, reading, and doing crossword puzzles. My philosophy as a tutor is to inspire passion in my students. Cultivating a genuine interest in the subject is essential to lifelong learning. Science and math are all around us, and they are accessible subjects if we put them in the context of the everyday. I'm looking forward to sharing my love of learning with you!
