There are good days, hard days, fun subjects and tough ones too. Regardless of the circumstance there is something to be gleaned and applied that can benefit us in the long term. As an undergraduate at Brigham Young University and a medical student at Penn State University I feel I have gained a great deal of experience with different learning environments and circumstances. Along the way I have developed a sincere interest in learning and helping others do the same! I'm excited to be a part of Varsity tutors and hope to be a great listener and resource for you as you grow throughout your own educational journey. I am originally from Salt Lake City, Utah but have spent about 6 years out East. My time away from my medical training is spent mostly with my wife and two little boys. We enjoy the outdoors and being rowdy! I enjoy collegiate and professional sports, running and reading about most anything.

Running, reading, watching sports of all kinds, camping and hiking! I also love food and trying new things.
