Why, hello! I am a Good Ol' Boy turned Intellectual. I know how to sweat, hustle, and thrive- and words helped me do it. I simply love them. I love the stories they tell, the feelings they illicit, and the lives they change. To me, everything is a story. From the alarm clock war we all fight to the people we meet to the laughs and tears we shed- they all matter! They all tie into the our great adventure of life. I'm here to make that adventure as awesome as humanly possible by sharing the love I have for words through sharpening the strengths to process, connect, and deliver them in ways to make said adventure the best it can possibly be!

I am a Shakespearean actor and former powerlifter. I love all things University of Texas football, baseball, soccer, and basketball related with a deep appreciation for how theatre, sports, and history connect to the Human Condition. I can't live without some Texas BBQ, Blues, or queso. Most of all, I love coming alive and helping others learn how to do the same!
