About Me

During my time at Columbia, I participated in "Peer Health Exchange", a student run organization where we taught local high schoolers about Health & Wellness. Although my interests lie with mathematics, biology and chemistry, I am also well versed in literature and college standardized tests like the ACT and MCAT. I always enjoy conquering a new subject and I hope to pass on that passion to whomever I teach! As such, I am in the process of applying to medical school for the class of 2020. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy photography, cooking, exploring New York and the rest of the world!

I believe that the best teachers are understanding of their students' needs and learning styles. I like to get a sense of how my students learn best, and then tailor my teaching style to their needs. I like to create visual guides and use videos and other tools to help students conquer a concept that they are struggling with.
