About Me

I enjoy school and learning new things. I spent 6 years tutoring peers throughout my educational career. Currently, I am enrolled at the University of New Mexico for my second year. My major is biology, so I specialize in health and sciences. Other subjects I am well versed include English, Spanish, Math, Chemistry, Psychology and Physics. I have taken SAT and ACT tests and I also have experience in AP testing as well. I love helping others learn about the world around them, because I believe knowledge is the key to success. I also believe that everyone is capable of learning, but the largest factor is the teacher's ability to use visual, verbal, and logical learning styles to clear any confusion. I have completed math courses from pre-algebra, algebra 1 & 2, geometry, pre-calculus, trigonometry, and calculus 1 & 2. Additionally, I have completed courses in physics, biology, chemistry and english. I am available for tutoring sessions in the evenings at Zimmerman library, online or in home! I make sure my students know every aspect of the subject they are learning. A curriculum can be created upon request.
