About Me

Tutoring is my passion. Working one-on-one with students gives them the focus they need to grasp difficult concepts. I appreciate that each student is unique with a specific learning style. Therefore, I tailor my sessions to fit the student's needs. I am very patient, encouraging, and reliable. With over 20 years of tutoring experience, I have consistently helped students raise their grade level and improve their mastery of the subject matter. As a results-oriented tutor, I am reliable and professional. I am organized and arrive at every tutoring session prepared. For each student I tailor my teaching style to match their learning skills. I maintain good communication with the parents of my students and with their teachers when I have been asked to contact their teachers. My passion is education, and I enjoy conveying this enthusiasm to my students in the following areas: Art History and AP Art History; American, World, and European History and AP levels; English, World, and American Literature; English Language Arts; Theology; Government; Social Studies; and French I, II, III, IV and AP level French as well as French conversation and trip planning.
