About Me

I'm April. I live in Los Angeles. I teach Spanish and English (ESL). I've taught both languages since 2007, to all ages, one-to-one, and in groups. My style is analytical, intuitive, and fun. I collaborate with my students so I can adapt to their interests. I LOVE teaching grammar, with simple, straightforward explanations. I use observation and examples from media. We will also practice in conversation. My philosophy is make mistakes and keep it positive. Choose me if you want a teacher who is real, relaxed, and encouraging.
