As an educator with over 10 years of classroom and tutoring experience, I would love the opportunity to help your child reach his/her highest potential. I have a BA in psychology and a MS in Special Education from Monmouth University. In addition, I am recently Orton-Gillingham trained. I have worked with students from Pre-K all of the way through college. My specialty is elementary reading and math, although I am trained and able to go beyond. Although I am an avid reader who believes that reading is the most essential building block in the foundation of learners, my favorite subject to instruct/tutor is math. I enjoy teaching strategies and tricks to help students achieve mastery. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, writing occasionally, creating and finding new recipes to cook, sewing and jogging. I am a wife and mother of 4. I tutor full time from home to meet the demands of my family.
