I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a focus on special education. After graduation I began teaching in the Gardner/ Edgerton school district. During my five years as an educator, I had the opportunity to teach a variety of grade levels including 6th, 4th, and 2nd. While I tutor a variety of subjects, I am most passionate about math and reading. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping a young person recognize their potential and giving them tools to help them succeed. I believe a solid, well-rounded education is undeniably one of the most important things in life. In my spare time I enjoy playing with my twin daughters, being outdoors, playing soccer, and just relaxing with a good book.
