About Me

I am a recent graduate of Cornell University. I graduated from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) at Cornell with a Bachelor’s in Science. I majored in Biology with a concentration in Molecular and Cell Biology. I am currently working in medical research here in New York and am planning on applying to MD and MD/PHD programs. I have worked in many different study group environments and I believe that putting topics and ideas into the proper context makes the information easier to process as well as more memorable to the student. I have seen this in everything from US History to biology and truly believe this is the best way to fully understand and grasp new concepts. My down time consists of a lot of physical activity, whether that is in the form of going to the gym or playing ice hockey and soccer. I find staying physically active is a great way to balance the academic challenges in my life and allows for me to have a productive escape whenever I need one.
