About Me

I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. I received my Bachelor of Arts. Recently, I earned a Masters of Education at Fitchburg State University. I have been a teacher of Math for 9 years. During this time, I have tutored a wide range of students from Elementary level to College level. Specifically, I tutor Algebra 1-4, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics and Pre-Calculus. With every student I tutor, I try to show my love of math by showing how most math concepts have their beginnings in very early concepts. By connecting past lessons with the present skill that a student might be struggling with, hard problems become easy. I am a very patient and encouraging tutor. In a subject like math, where people might have anxiety, it is important to make the math fun and connected to the world around us. In my spare time, I enjoy watching a good movie, sports and spending time with my family.
