Certified Tutor

I am Liam Shaw and I am currently a student at New College of Florida, which is the Honors College of Florida and located in Sarasota. Currently, my major is International Studies with a minor in Spanish and Economics.

While at New College, I have been a Teacher's Assistant in Spanish. I have also lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina for two years and traveled frequently to Cusco, Peru in order to volunteer with underprivileged children from the city. Between learning Spanish in Argentina and keeping up with it by going to Peru and continuing my study of it, I am qualified to tutor it.

I am also studying economics and enrolled in Intermediate Microeconomics this fall. While studying at Arnold High School in Panama City Beach, Florida, I was an honors student and successfully took and passed 5 AP classes/exams, which have qualified me to tutor multiple subjects at that level.

I also studied heavily for my ACT in high school, and for this reason I scored a 30 on the test, including a 32 in science and reading. I am capable of effectively tutoring for ACT along with Spanish, Economics, and anything else viewed on my profile!
