I am a third year student at the University of Memphis studying biomedical engineering, but in my free time I enjoy a variety of hobbies including running, kayaking, climbing, violin, guitar, and singing with my two younger sisters. This year I was the assistive devices intern at LeBonhuer Children's hospital customizing everyday items for kids with special needs.
Previously, I have privately tutored different students in topics from paper editing to differential equations.

What is your teaching philosophy?
Make the material relatable to real world experiences. Often the best first step is to give a very broad purpose to the material, and then break the concepts into small steps before approaching the question as asked.
