I am a dental student pursuing my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Columbia University. I grew up in Trinidad and Tobago. Many people equate island life to easy going personalities and no worries, which encompasses me. However, within the Caribbean, Trinidad also has a notorious reputation for rigorous academics and producing strong academic talent.

I am confident to teach basic math and also mentor and teach students who want to attain a better score on the DAT.

I am passionate about helping students achieve their goals because I am a firm believer that everybody is capable of success and excellence given the proper support. I approach tutoring from a comprehensive viewpoint, taking into account all of the unique needs and strengths of each student. I have experience with many subjects, including Chemistry, Biology, French, and Spanish, and with admissions tests such as ACT, SAT, and MCAT.

I am a world traveler and enjoy trying new things! I also love to run, draw, read, and cook, either with friends or simply by myself.
