About the class
Are you interested in a family-friendly cooking class for kids? If so, you’re in luck! Join Chef Brother Luck, winner of Beat Bobby Flay and fan favorite from Top Chef whose own cooking career began at age 10, to learn some chef-worthy skills while making delicious dumplings from scratch.
In this class, Brother will guide young learners through making dumpling dough, filling, and dip sauce all while teaching cooking skills and exploring the cultural significance of dumplings. And families can choose their own adventure: choose to make everything from scratch, bring a few store-bought ingredients and focus on filling and pinching, or something in between. The entire recipe can be completed without young learners having to touch a sharp knife or hot stove (if filling is completed beforehand), making it the perfect activity for grownups to join in or leave alone until it’s their turn to decide on pan-fried or steamed.
Students can assemble the ingredients into dumplings with Chef Luck or can just sit back, watch class, and make these dumplings later with an adult
