I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Global Politics from Washington and Lee University, a top 20 liberal arts school in the US. After graduating, I studied for a certificate in Sustainable Finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership while working full-time for 3 years at a top management consulting firm. I also have professional experience in investment banking. I am no stranger to a challenge! Presently, I am a Master's student of International Relations at Syracuse University. Throughout my academic and professional careers, over the past 10 years, I have acted as a tutor and advisor for college applications, personal statements, and career coaching, mainly with high school- and college-aged students. I have helped students map out their essays, edited grammar, reviewed resumes, and held mock interviews.

The college and graduate school application process can be daunting, but you are not alone! I have gone through both processes, helped others on their journeys, and have personally received acceptances and scholarships from a wide variety of institutionsfrom large state schools and research institutions to small liberal arts colleges. I can help at any step of your journey, whether you are deciding upon schools, crafting your resume, brainstorming essay topics, or need some final proofreading. My passion is working with you to ensure your application lets all of your hard work and personality shine. My tutoring style is extremely collaborative, and due to the nature of the work and the individual approach I like to take with each student, I believe one-on-one sessions are best. When signing up for a personal statement session, you can expect me to bring a framework for your first draft for us to have a conversation about and decide upon a topic.
