Certified Tutor

As an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at UNLV, I bring a unique perspective to tutoring, shaped by my own journey from struggling with math in high school to embracing it as my passion. My tutoring experience, while informal, has allowed me to work with a diverse range of students, from young children to adults, helping them navigate subjects such as algebra and calculus. I believe in meeting students where they are and tailoring my approach to their individual needs, fostering a supportive environment where they can overcome their math anxiety. I find great joy in demystifying complex concepts, like calculus and statistics, and I am committed to instilling confidence in my students. My goal is to empower them with the understanding that they are capable of mastering mathematics, regardless of their background. I look forward to helping students succeed and sharing my enthusiasm for math along the way.
