I am a high school math teacher. Working with students to help them understand math is a passion of mine. Most students, when they are struggling, tend to give up because they do not understand the process it takes to solve a complex math problem. I identify the skills that a student is missing and fill in the gaps. Many issues arise when basic math skills are forgotten. It's a basic math skill learned in primary school that students need a quick refresher to complete the more difficult tasks.
