I recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in editing and publishing. During and after my degree, I gathered experience working with and coaching a variety of authors, each with different passions, experience levels, and subject matters. Working with individuals to improve their writing abilities is one of my favorite things to do, though I also have experience tutoring in a range of other subjects, including ACT and SAT prep and high school math. Learning is fun for me, and I do my best to help my students find things they enjoy about it as well by relating the principles we cover to their lives. When I'm not tutoring, I usually spend my time rock climbing, reading, or playing board games with my friends.

I love reading, writing, and anything to do with language! I also try to remain active by rock climbing at an indoor gym and, in the summer, swimming and hiking. When spending time with others, I'm most likely to suggest playing board games or card games to pass the time.
