My name is Dr. Fredina. I graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary University and got a PhD degree. My major is Wholistic: Wellness Healthcare Educator. I have 20 years (s) teaching experience. I have taught all ages of students/children many different subjects. I became a certified TESOL national and international academic instructor and joined the VIPKID, Varsity, and Amplify organization. With much excitement, I motivate, inspire, and assist students (K- 12) and adults in math, grammar, science, creative writing, public speaking, book reports, free talk, proper pronunciation, writing organization skills, wellness, healthcare, fitness, self-confidence, self-worth/respect, and self-compassion. My certifications include but are not limited to national level: speaking course, book, reports, guided reading 1-11, children, teen, and adult writing courses; international: vocabulary building; grammar (adventures, building, writing, phonic); interactive communication skills: public, social, professional; word development; beginner and advanced. Continuing my educational journey, I am now a certified behavior change specialist. The Behavior Change Specialist helps me empathize, listen compassionately, and assist the students nonjudgmentally.
It is my goal to make learning fun, educational, and interactive. My hobbies) are exercising, spending time with my family, reading, writing, and dancing. My profession is Health and Wellness through English.

My passionate hobbies are maintaining a healthy, active, holistic (spirit, soul, and body) lifestyle; I love reading God’s word and praying for others, especially the students who allow me to assist them on their academic journey. I enjoy family time. Most of all, I love cheering, inspiring, and helping children build their self-confidence. At the same time, they have fun learning and using their education to live healthy lifestyles (at home, at school, and throughout their daily activities. Also, I enjoy supporting, inspiring, educating, and coaching youth through their academic (English, math, science, social skills/development, transitional preparation from high school into the next phase of their lives) challenges, personal and professional goals, and dreams.
