In 2023 I graduated from NYU with an M.A. in English. My bachelor's degree was completed at Kentucky Wesleyan College where I majored in English (my primary focus was creative writing) and political science. I worked in the college's writing center throughout all four years of my undergrad and eventually worked as a teaching assistant during my last two years. One of my favorite teaching experiences was at Girls Inc., where I tutored girls k-12 in a variety of subjects but mainly taught creative writing classes. I am able to assist students in academic writing (close readings and research papers), creative writing, and organization/study skills.
