I have both of my degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Cal Poly SLO and have been teaching since I was in school. I discovered my love for teaching on accident when I was a TA for a few courses in college and I consider myself incredibly lucky to be in this position today.
My favorite subjects to teach are math, physics, chemistry, and engineering because they involve everything I loved learning in school, and there is nothing quite like that "lightbulb" moment a student has with these subjects.
I believe the most important thing a teacher can do with a student is connect with them. Learning and teaching are effortless when both people understand each other.
I am passionate about outer space and our future there. I hope that I can be a part of guiding the future generations to achieve this amazing goal, and make a better world for all of us!
