I am honored that you chose me for quality and engaging tutoring assistance. I am an energetic, friendly and outgoing Educator/Tutor who has a passion for empowering the minds of others. I believe in creating multiple case discussions among students to keep students actively engaged in the learning process. I believe that students are diverse and they learn by various modes. Therefore, I provide diverse teaching methods to capture visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners. My academic and professional background is diverse, in which I have worked in the education arena and health care arena for 20 plus years. I have provided ongoing tutoring/teaching/supervision and guidance to a diverse student population, to include college students, elementary school students, middle school students, high school and university scholars.

Also, I have provided teaching and instructions to Master Social Work Students, Attending Physicians, Residents, Interns and Medical Students for several years. I have advanced degrees in Health Services Administration and Social Work. I am a PhD/Doctorate candidate for a Health Care Administration Program. I am a Licensed Clinical Provider, who has achieved certifications in the following areas: Level 5 International English as a Second Language Teacher (focusing on elementary, middle school, high school and adult learners), Teaching and Facilitation, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Addictions Counselor, United States Substance Abuse Professional, and Board-Certified Telemental Health Provider.

What makes me an outstanding Tutor, is that I am certified as a Teaching Facilitator who have several years of experience in providing teaching and instructions to a diverse student population. I provide comprehensive/quality tutoring/teaching to assist students with mastering Health Care, Psychology, Sociology, Medical Terminology, Medical Assisting, Social Work, Counseling, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, GACE, NES, Reading/Comprehension, Phonics, Writing, Spelling, Vocabulary and Math in preparation for students to successfully achieve standardize test.

I actively guide students through the process of learning, and provide an experiential learning experience for students. My goal in the teaching/tutoring arena is to add value to the students by providing quality education, and assisting the students with being successful in their academic endeavors.
