I am a graduate of Georgia State University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a focus on education. Since graduation, I traveled to Tulsa, OK and pursued to receive my Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on educational leadership. I have spent the past 25 years teaching and tutoring students
in Georgia, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Tennessee. I have taught and tutored a broad range of mathematics (from summer enrichment elementary school concepts through high school math) and am most passionate about high school Algebra. In December, 2021, I retired from the classroom. I truly believe that education is one of the most important keys to improving a life. I try to relay that each student is valuable and that with math and education, doors will open to all possibilities.
