My teaching philosophy is that I believe my many years of experience in both the classroom and in administration will demonstrate my passion to inspire students to reach their fullest potential which will significantly benefit your institution.
I believe that any student can learn only given the opportunity and the proper tools to do so. It is never too late to learn or master any academic skill.
I enjoy tailoring and individualizing all lesson to better server all students learning styles. . Education is very important to me and sharing my knowledge with students gives me a sense of satisfaction that I have made a difference in their lives. I believe that communicating and creating good rapport with my school community is key to the success of any district. I obtained my bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University in Bilingual/Bicultural Education (EC-12), and my Master's in Bilingual/Bicultural Education with Leadership from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (EC-12).Throughout my teaching career, I have found that the hands-on experience is essential to learning. Modeling lessons and strategies for educators will facilitate the learning for all students. With the use of self-reflection, I am devoted to improving my teaching/training abilities to ensure that all students are able to master the skill at hand. I am Bilingual and Biliterate in both English and Spanish. I affirm that any student who has acquired the ability to speak, read, and write in two or more languages will become more global in any society and professionally stable throughout life.
