Teaching is not a "one size fits all" approach, and I like to know what the student wants from my teaching. Progress is not measured by the speed with which one goes through a lesson; a quality result is. As is true with many fine things in life, they take time. In taking the time, we want to enjoy what we are doing along the way. This will be measured by how we apply the things we are learning.
My father always enjoyed reading a variety of books, mostly westerns. His example fueled a desire within me to read as well. To be able to visualize yourself in the story, riding the horse at full gallop, crossing a raging stream at night, or trying to find a loved one in a blizzard, these are the images that breathe life into the mind's eye that makes the written word come alive.
In High School, I graduated in the top 10 of the Language Arts Class and any other class that had to do with English. I have enjoyed reading and writing in various disciplines. I furthered my education to help in a community volunteer service to educate adults and children to read, write, and comprehend to develop thinking ability. This teaching path began when I was nineteen years old. Later, I fulfilled a 120-hour course of TESOL Certification for Teaching English to Children. Then recently, I am currently a college student pursuing my Bachelor's Degree from the United States Institute of Language and Clerical Studies, USILACS.
English is the subject I prefer to teach. To see an adult be able to sign their name for the first time is very gratifying. Observing someone develop the imagination to put themselves into the story or have them pen their first poem that expresses unlocked deep feelings of the heart are the treasures of being a teacher of English. I also look forward to helping you to be your best at speaking English.

I enjoy reading a wide variety of interesting material, with many pictures, that helps me become more familiar with the cultures around me. The variety in people, their customs, backgrounds help me to better relate to the human soul. Hiking in the woods with my wife and dog is a silent joy. Being surrounded by the creation is refreshing to the mind and spirit. It is a time to reflect, appreciate, and look forward.
