Dr. Suk Zhou is a first-year internal medicine resident physician in Everett, Washington. She received her B.A. in Biological Sciences and Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College in 2014. After college, Dr. Zhou worked extensively in both biomedical and clinical research, resulting in co-authorship on several scientific journal publications. Prior to medical school, she was a Continuous Quality Improvement Program Manager (CQIPM) and Regional Hiring Associate for Scribe America. As CQIPM, Dr. Zhou collaborated with medical directors to improve patient experience and standards of care in local emergency departments. As Regional Hiring Associate, she interviewed and hired competitive applications for 60+ medical facilities and clinics in the Seattle Metropolitan Area. Dr. Zhou graduated from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in May 2023. She will be completing her medical training at Washington State University Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine.

Dr. Zhou believes that each student is a unique individual and learner. She takes the time to know and understand her students so she can tailor their strategies for success.
