I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2015 with a triple major in History, Political Science, and Spanish. After graduation, I worked as a bilingual customer service agent for a local company and obtained my TEFL certification. In 2016, I taught at a local group dedicated to helping immigrants and refugees. I lived in Mexico for most of 2017 and taught English to a variety of students from different age groups and backgrounds. I am currently interested in pursing a master's degree in education or public policy. While I teach a variety of subjects, my favorite ones are political science, history, Spanish and ACT/Sat Writing or Reading. My experience in ESL has taught me to be a clearer communicator and that anyone can master a subject given a good tutor, dedication and discipline. In my spare time, I enjoy studying political science and history, writing fiction and political blog posts, running and video games.
