What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is that it is the teacher's role to foster a love of learning that becomes intrinsic and genuine. It is my role to model and inspire curiosity. Good teaching requires active listening and questioning and constant self-reflection. I bring a lot of content expertise and passion to what I do, and it has paid off, empirically. Students who work with me see a dramatic increase in their scores and grades because they genuinely begin to engage with the subject matter in a more meaningful way.
