A native New Yorker, I graduated from Hunter College High School and went to Williams College, where I majored in biology and Spanish. Afterwards, I got a Master's in science journalism from NYU. I have published science articles in The Atlantic, Popular Science, Audubon Magazine, Vice, and more.
