I am a graduate of Georgetown University with Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. Currently, I am finishing my Master's Degree in mathematics at Stony Brook University. I have been tutoring children in mathematics for ten years and have taught children between the ages of five and twenty-two. While I tutor a wide range of topics in mathematics (everything from elementary school math to what would typically be taken by an undergraduate math major), I enjoy them all because of how much I learn while figuring out how best to explain a new concept to a student. This is what keeps me excited and motivated about tutoring. Although I love mathematics, in my spare time I also like to read, play the piano, play tennis, and ski.
