I am currently a second year Biology undergraduate student at Northeastern University with a diverse foundation in science. For me, the study of medicine piques my curiosity, specifically cardiology and neurology- both of which I hope to pursue in the near future.

What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe in the power of practice. I think the most effective way of teaching is a brief overview with a big emphasis on practicing problems.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
I would get to know the student’s strengths and weaknesses. I can then work towards polishing the strengths and fixing the weaknesses.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
When tutoring, I not only teach the student about the subject matter, I teach them how to become a better learner.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
I would need to stress the importance of the subject matter at hand. An educated individual can do a lot of great things in the world.
