I attended Princeton University where I earned a BA in Politics, after which I spent time working in Alaska and Washington D.C., and traveling. In December of 2015, I completed my Master's in Public Policy at George Mason University.

While pursuing my Master's degree in D.C. I worked with a faith-based non-profit advocacy organization addressing issues like climate change, energy policy, and environmental policy. Afterwards, I spent the first quarter of 2016 in South America helping a Bolivian environmental NGO to write and edit grant applications for conservation projects.
I am excited to help students come to a better understanding of a variety of subjects! My strengths have always been in areas such as reading comprehension, SAT / ACT / GRE Verbal strategy, English, and writing. I also have a deep and long-standing interest in U.S. Government and Politics, Social Studies, and both U.S. and World History.

One of the things I most enjoy helping people with is writing, revising, and editing. I have assisted many friends, family, co-workers and fellow students over the years with editing essays. Organizing thoughts, finding the best sentence structure and flow, and finding the way to make an essay say best exactly what one wants it to say are all aspects of editing that I really enjoy. I have seen how a well-crafted college essay or cover-letter can open many doors, and I am excited to help share that experience with students!
