Certified Tutor

I attend the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts as a double major in history and education. So far I have experience as a substitute teacher for the Tewksbury Public School system; I covered classes from the sixth grade through the twelfth grade. I have also attended an alumni tutoring session for Tewksbury High School in order to prepare students for their finals. In my experience at MCLA, I have had one field placement so far in which I worked with an eleventh grade AP World History class as well as honors and intensive freshman World History classes. I had a great mentor teacher who worked with my teaching skills each day. I look forward to working with students in the future to help foster their motivation to learn and improve their skills in writing/reading and understanding content information.
