I graduated from Stanford University with Comparative Literature B.A. in 2011 and will begin Bard's Masters program for Visual Culture in the fall. I have over eight years of experience teaching test prep, creating standardized tests, and writing test-prep curriculum.
After working with me, my former students have gone on to get accepted into world-class universities like Yale, U Penn (early-acceptance), Berkeley, UCLA, Wellesley College, Claremont McKenna, and many more. I have also worked extensively with ESL students and students with learning disabilities to help them achieve their goals.
In terms of teaching philosophy, I recognize that all students have different strengths and learning styles. While working on a variety of subjects, I make sure to always reach students on their level and keep the lessons fun! When students actually enjoy going to tutoring sessions, they can really excel.
In my spare time, I am an avid reader, I enjoy Yoga, and art. I also hold a leadership position with the experimental performance group Odyssey Works and have curated two exhibitions, one of which is currently doing the rounds in London.
