About Me

As one with a passion for education I have a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of my students. I believe in the importance of lifelong learning and am committed to helping students develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their future endeavors. I am a graduate of Hampton Univeristy in Hamton Va , A Masters of Education Degree Candididate of Grand Canyon Univeristy and pocess a Certificate of Educatonal Leadership from the Harvard University School of Busines. I have traveled aboard during my undergraduate years with studies in Bath England with the Advanced Studies in England Program and participated with honors in the Oxford University Coursework with this program. In addition to teaching I have held the roles of Academic Dean and Academic Coach in which I have had the pleasure of training not just students but teachers in student success. My students have demonstrated on average more than a years worth of academic growth with a track record of quickly closing student learning gaps. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Literature, and Mathematics. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for Standardized Tests I work hard to make sure the learning is both fun and effective. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and quality time with family. I look forward to working with your students very soon!
