I also obtained my TESOL in 2018. I first started tutoring English when I was in college. I worked on campus in their tutoring center. I really enjoyed this. Next I worked as a Bilingual Substitute Teacher with the school district. I did this for many years and have extensive experience in many grade levels. For a while I also worked as a Spanish and Portuguese teacher for a language school. Recently, I have been teaching ESL online for almost three years. With smaller children I try to be more fun and engaging. I like to adapt to a students personality. Some are very outgoing and others have a more quiet nature about them. It is important to make them feel comfortable.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband and five year old son. We enjoy traveling, and we love the outdoors. Music is another one of my passions. Bossa Nova is my favorite music genre.
