About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida, in which I received both my Bachelor of Science in English Education and my Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. I have twenty-eight years of experience, both in and out of the classroom. I have tutored for test preparation and have assisted in preparing first-generation students to obtain entrance into top-tier colleges and universities. While I can tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Literature, and History. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for Standardized Tests, I am most talented in prepping for the Critical Reading portions of the exams. I myself am a first-generation college attendee and I love helping others find their academic place in society. In my spare time, I love to travel, read, and express myself in artistic exploration.
