I have experience teaching in schools, tutoring students and helping adults using proven strategies to aid young and mature learners. I believe in teaching executive functions, like soft skills, organization, communication, note-taking,, advocating for oneself - along with the academic skills necessary to provide students with a structured way to work independently outside the classroom. My abilities include English Language Arts, Music Theory, U.S. History, Algebra I and Consumer Business. I am results driven with a commitment to developing a relationship with my students. I love to work outdoors in the garden, travel, and help others through volunteering. My Family is everything to me without which I would be empty.
