About Me

I believe strongly in every student's ability to be successful. I am a first generation college graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics. December of 2020 I will be finishing a Ph.D. in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Southern Methodist University. I can relate with students who struggle or feel underprepared for a course because I've been there, but I also know you can succeed, because I did. I have been tutoring or teaching in some compacity since 2009 as an undergraduate tutor, high-school math teacher, and online instructor. I love working with students and helping them reach their goals!
