About Me

I am a graduate of the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (B.S. Environmental Science) and Texas A&M University (M.Ed. Science Curriculum and Instruction). Since graduating, I have dedicated my life to helping students of all ages understand the natural world around them better by teaching science and have felt a need to serve in public education (teacher and HS principal). I have worked with all age levels in public education, but feel the strongest connection to high school. I understand the importance of graduating high school and know how to get students to the finish line. Hobbies: books, writing, reading, gardening, music, baking, art, travel
