About Me

Did you ever find yourself struggling to figure out the next step in a math problem or why the step even exists? Or maybe you feel lost in class and need someone to spend extra time with you or need someone to suggest a different way of solving a problem or strategies to be successful. Look no further. As an industry professional in the field of mathematics / operations research and someone who has a lot of passion for teaching I can help you continue to reach your goals. I get excited when I see others accomplish their goals. I will use a balanced approach that starts with understanding the needs of the individual and then executing to make sure they understand the technical (organization, methodology, strategy, etc.) and soft skills (confidence, responsibility, leadership, etc.) of solving a problem. I have a master's degree in operations research and a bachelor's degree in engineering from two of the top universities in engineering in the world. I also have a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, a structured process to solve a problem, and a Project Management Professional license from the Project Management Institute. Over the past year, I have spent time tutoring family members from elementary to high school in math and have seen them grow. This background combined with my passion to make learning fun and highly interactive is going to lead to positive results for you.
