I received my Bachelor's degree in both Elementary and Special Education from Indiana University. I then received by Master's Degree in Proactive Discipline from Butler University. Most recently, I have been a Social Emotional Learning coach for my school district serving staff and students in 8 Elementary schools. I can support students with ALL needs in math, literacy, science, social studies and social and emotional learning! I have experience private tutoring in all academic areas and Social Emotional learning as well. My teaching philosophy is to allow learners to explore through an inquiry through a trusting environment in which they have a strong relational connection with their teacher along with providing high rigorous instruction. In my freetime I enjoy being outdoors with my family including my husband, five year old son and our white lab! I am excited to learn and grow with you!

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my 5 year old son, husband and our white lab! We like being outdoors going on walks, runs and bike rides and playing sports like basketball and soccer. We also enjoy cheering on our favorite sports teams, watching movies with family and friends and going to the lake!
