As an current middle school English teacher and an English and Politics/International Affairs double major with personal success on standardized tests and in the classroom, my focus is helping students conquer material and reach their academic goals. Seeing the light bulb go off in students' heads is, of course, personally gratifying, but students can open doors for themselves when they gain critical levels of understanding.
