About Me

I received my bachelors of science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Harding University in May 2016. This fall, I will begin working towards a Masters in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. My long term goals are to receive a PhD in Genetics. This is my first paid job as a tutor, however, I do have experience in teaching and working alongside others including but not limited to fellow classmates, underclassmen, a younger sibling, and my wife. I believe in adapting to a students particular learning style and am willing to try many different approaches to ensure that a student understands core concepts. I tutor any biology or chemistry-related courses with equal enthusiasm. Outside academia I enjoy several hobbies. My favorites include basketball, running, hiking, video games, board games, building computers, and fishing. I have a pretty goofy personality once you get to know me and hopefully this trait can help alleviate stress during taxing study sessions.
