About Me

I am a young professional with a variety of experiences that enable me to better understand the subjects I teach. I have conducted research at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where I studied the pathogenic load of enteric diseases. I studied molecular features of aging in humans, primates, and mice as a Postbaccalaureate Fellow at the National Institute on Aging. I enjoy helping people, which is mirrored by my volunteerism with the Trevor Project, American Cancer Society (ACS), and hospice volunteering. I am excited and enthusiastic about helping my students better understand subjects they find difficult.
