I have a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Indiana University. I am currently finishing my Master's in Education with a concentration in teaching English language learning. I have taught English language learners for two years in a public elementary school as a classroom teacher. As a teacher, I strive to engage children through incorporating visual and kinesthetic learning into all of my lessons. I strive to identify and meet the individual needs of each student I teach. I am a very energetic and excited teacher who loves working with students of all ages. Outside of teaching, I am a wife and a mother to my six-month-old baby. I love spending time with my family, running, reading, learning my second language (Spanish), and volunteering as a coach and in my church.
