Getting the right answer is always important, but I think understanding how you got there is the most integral part. I love working with people to find out how they approach a problem and seeing how they think gives me a better understanding on how to help them. After working with countless high school student, during high school, I know there is no single, definitive way to solve a problem. I encourage kids to come up with there own path towards solving a problem while I guide them along the way. This is my first professional tutoring job and I look forward to finding more ways to help students learn in a manner that they like. Probably my favorite subjects to teach are science and math course, i.e. algebra, chemistry, physics, etc. I love these subjects because they are the fundamentals of the entire universe. Right now, I'm working towards a degree in computer science, but I've thought about switching that over to mathematics-well because I love math. Outside of school subjects; I play video games, do cross country, and like watching documentaries and superhero films.
