About Me

I hold a bachelors degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with a minor in neuroscience from Texas A&M University as well as a Masters in Science in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the The University of Texas at Dallas. My passions have always been learning about science and teaching science. I believe having a firm understanding of the fundamental principles in science early on in life is essential to be successful in whatever endeavors he or she may undertake. My teaching style although simple, is very practical. Listening and understanding the students perspective on a given subject allows me to adjust my way of translating my message effectively to the student. I am a firm believer that anyone can learn and enjoy science as long as they are willing to put in the effort.
